We are a leading ICT services company, and we are currently looking for talented individuals to join our team as Tier 1 and Tier 2 ICT Support Engineers. As an ICT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hardware and software support to our valued clients. Your role will involve assisting clients with their IT-related issues, implementing and maintaining desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other hardware, as well as managing and resolving user queries.
Responsibilities:
- Investigate and resolve software and hardware problems for our clients, with a focus on supporting Microsoft products.
- Configure and install workstations with Microsoft software applications and peripherals.
- Basic troubleshooting and support of Microsoft applications and systems, including Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange Servers, and Azure.
- Provide basic support for 3CX VoIP PBX systems.
- Perform hardware maintenance and clean-up, ensuring optimal performance of client devices.
- Follow company policies and procedures to deliver high-quality support to our clients.
- Provide additional support to our clients’ IT users, addressing their technical queries and concerns.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex IT issues and escalate to senior engineers when necessary.
- Document and maintain accurate records of support activities, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
- Ensure compliance with security protocols and implement best practices for data protection.
- Continuously enhance technical knowledge and skills through self-learning and training opportunities.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Experience in setting up and maintaining Microsoft 365 products.
- Basic knowledge and experience of Microsoft back-office products, including Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange Servers, and Networking Directory Services.
- Knowledge of MAC OS would be an asset.
- Hands-on experience in desk-side troubleshooting (PCs, printers, mobiles, and tablets)
- Application support experience in MS Office/MS Office 365 and Anti-Virus.
- Experience in remote desktop support and setup of VPNs.
- Knowledge of virtual environments, mainly Hyper-V.
- Knowledge of networking equipment, Acronis products, ODOO ERP, and 3CX VoIP systems would be an asset.

- Excellent interpersonal skills and patience when working with clients.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Good level of communication in English.
- Valid driving license.
